Terms of Service

Welcome to Dreymir Studio. This webshop is a personal hobby project, based in Odense, Denmark.

Because I am selling as a private individual and not a registered business, all purchases made here are considered private consumer to consumer sales. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Products

The amulets are handmade using raw Ethiopian opals and 3D printed plastic settings. Because I use natural stones and make them myself, each piece is unique. The item you receive might look slightly different from the photos in color or shape.

Opals are fragile stones. You need to treat them with care. Keep them away from harsh chemicals, extreme temperature changes, and hard impacts.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the shop. Because I am a private seller and not a registered business, no VAT is added to the prices.

3. Shipping

I will pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once I hand the package over to the courier, the delivery time is out of my control. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes your country might charge.

4. Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your amulet to return it if you change your mind. You must email me first to start a return.

You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a trackable service. The amulet must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Once I receive it, I will refund the cost of the amulet. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Warranty and Right of Complaint

Since this is a private sale, the standard EU consumer protection laws and warranties do not apply.

Under Danish law, private sales have a 2 year right of complaint by default unless agreed otherwise. By purchasing from Dreymir Studio, you agree that I am explicitly opting out of this right of complaint. All items are sold "as is" without any formal warranty.

However, if your amulet arrives damaged in the mail, please email me at shop@dreymir.com with a photo immediately so we can sort it out.
