Shipping Policy

Here is how I handle shipping for the amulets. Since I run this shop in my spare time, I appreciate your patience.

Processing Time

I try to pack and ship orders within 2 business days. If I get swamped or something unexpected comes up, I will email you right away to let you know about the delay.

Shipping within Denmark

I ship local orders using GLS.

• Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days from the day I drop off the package.

• You will receive a tracking number so you can follow the package to your local parcel shop or your home.

International Shipping

I ship to select countries within EU via GLS.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location. Packages within Europe usually take up to 7 business days to arrive.
  

• All international packages are sent with tracking so we can keep an eye on them.

Customs and Import Taxes

If you are buying from outside the European Union, your country might charge import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees when the package arrives.

You are responsible for paying any of these extra charges. I cannot predict what your local fees will be, so please check your country's customs rules before you buy.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once I hand the package over to the courier, the actual delivery speed is out of my control. If your package seems to be stuck or lost in transit, please send me an email. I will contact the shipping company to figure out what happened.
