Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry from Dreymir Studio. Since this is a private hobby shop, our policies are straightforward.

Returns

You can return an amulet within 14 days of receiving it. If you want to make a return, please email us first to let us know.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package gets lost on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the amulet to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your amulet arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email us right away at shop@dreymir.com with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
